I've been studying pretty hard. Here is some proof:
| This is me in my favorite library carrel |
(lets just hope the kids near me didnt observe this photo shoot!)
Anyway, back to that whole studying hard bit.
So on Monday, I decided to spoil myself. I got a free redbox code and thought “I haven’t watched a movie alone…since this summer, and I think it’s about time”
I went for “Eat, Pray, Love” (I’m pretty behind on movies)
While watching Julia Roberts (in fast forward…not because I don’t like it, but because I think movies can really eat up your time) and dreaming that I could pick up and travel for a year, I decided to craft! (because crafting is NOT a waste of time)
So I went with these little studs from left over fabric.
I thought they were pretty darn cute!
I know there is probably no need for a tutorial (if you need one, leave a comment and I can help ya out!) , so I won’t waste the time I saved from watching the movie in fast forward. :)
Yesterday I even decided to make a few for etsy!

Cute earrings!!
Also, I totally feel you on the favorite carrel. I have one at OC that I ALWAYS go to, and someone was in it the other day. I wanted to kick them out, but then, my name isn't on it...I'm just in it, like, every day. Whatever. I totally get it. :) I hope this semester is going well!

Love it!
You don't even want to know how far behind I am on movies too. :) Those fabric studs are so cute, glad you are adding them to your Etsy, since your shop will be featured on my blog today. Whoo! Hoo! I have also nominated your for some fun blog awards, stop by my blog to see...after you're done studying, of course. :)

Love those earrings. So cute. Love the fabric flowers:) My teenage daughter would love these!!
Those are adorable i've always liked those but never attempted to make them...one of my 1st grader's mother makes some super cute crocheted headbands w/ similar flowers to yours attached to them...she sells them for only $5 I have no clue how she's making money seems like time would cost more than $5....excited about the post on Monday too!
These are super cute! Would love for you to link them up at my new party!! Found you on Someday Crafts!

Darling! Visiting from eisymorgan's party, and I'm so glad I found your blog. Might just have to try some of these little mini rose earrings myself. Did you use jewelry glue or hot glue to adhere them to the posts? Hope your day has been a good one so far! ~Kristin from Living Graciously
Thanks for the kind words Kristin! I used a glue gun to adhere them, but I am betting jewelry glue would work!
So I'm a newbie to the full on crafting world and I would LOVE for you to post a tutorial on how to make these. :)
Also, I love that a lot of your crafts are made t-shirts or different things around the house because I'm a college student, a.k.a. super poor, but I also love to craft. So I definitely appreciate it! Keep it up the great posts!
Thanks Carolyn, I will certainly see about posting a tutorial soon! They are very simple!!
