Fabric Button/Magnets

I've been seeing these fabric buttons/magnets/earrings....and I absolutely love them! I picked up my materials today and couldn't believe how EASY this was!

Your supplies:
fabric scraps,
fabric button kit (hobby lobby for ($1.99-2.99)
And whatever you want to make them into (magnets, tacks, or earring backs!)

The box has the easiest steps! I'll show my condensed version

*note my first button I used upholstry fabric, it was pretty thick for what I was trying to do*

If you notice in my first photo- the button back had a loop on it where you would sew it onto something, I didnt want it on there for this project, so I just pulled it off with pliers! I hear there are buttons without that piece, but I have yet to find any!

And there you have my little fabric buttons! I will have to pick up smaller ones for earrings soon!

You scooped me! My friend's sister makes the fabric buttons here and puts them on bobby pins. SO CUTE. I was going to be the cool one who brings them back to America...thanks a lot... :)
