Ugh, I feel your pain. I'm going on my 12th hour of studying today. On my one year anniversary. Lovely. Sentencing at 9 am in the morning...best of luck! It will feel so good to be done with Property :)
Ummm I'm going to be totally insensitive and ask: "Did you get that off whoopdwhoop?" If you did, I got it too, in the same color. I'm in love with it. We should totally wear it on the same day.
good luck! just pray you don't get a Rule Against Perpetuities question! even after wills & trusts, I still don't understand that stuff! but seriously, knock 'em dead (not literally, of course).
