Yes- another fun thing to do with a tshirt! I could probably wear ONLY things made out of tshirts if I wanted.....that may be a challenge one of the days :)
As for this one, its different then the tshirt necklace, but same principle- cut! Start with a tshirt
Got it? Okay, now all you do is cut strips on the bottom. I did mine about 6 inches long, but whatever works! Then tug on the ends to stretch them out!
Then cut it just under the armpits!
Stretch it out a bit- and you're all done!
