Studying...literally painful

I've been having back pain for the past couple months. After a trip to the doctor this week, he mentioned I may not have the best posture.....especially while studying. Go figure. After the doctor visit, my father enjoyed a short conversation that went a little like this:

Me- "Dad, I don't like male doctors"
Dad- "Well some people don't like women lawyers"

Probably one of the best conversations I've had with him. (of course he was kidding)

As if I wasn't aware that I'll be turning 24 in a couple days...the back pain just reinforces the fact that I'm getting old, and school is stealing my youth.

Oh! I am so sorry to hear that. Have you tried massage therapy? Myself and several of my fellow students go in once a month for pain relief and knot removal (ask for a deep tissue). It also helps my migraines and really helps with the stress! (It may not help so much with the posture, but it is a lot easier to sit right when you aren't hurting!)

Worth. Every. Penny.

I hope you feel better soon! You aren't that old yet ;)

That pic and this entire story made me laugh because I feel EXACTLY the same way. 25 in a monthish and still spending the majority of my time in the library.

That photo is hilarious and girl you are NOT old at all.

I can relate to the back pain. I have severe wrist and shoulder pain when I sit at my desk at work...and I'm only 21. It doesn't make me feel old, though. It makes me feel young and unhealthy. Haha.
