$1 Housewarming Magnets

My big sister recently moved into her own place, so every now and again she hints at crafts :) This time I volunteered my services, but deep down I think she really wanted me to make some magnets for her :) I saw these magnets here and thought they were SO cute! What a great idea right?
I've done the $1 store magnet tutorial before here. Incase you haven't tried this before, here is a short run through. I made two styles while I was doing this. I did one style, by tearing out old book pages, and running it through the printer to get a few cute images printed on it. Easy!

The second was to take a cute background, and draw on these conversion pictures with a black ink pen.
So easy! Just buy the large "Gem Accents" from the dollar store, and put some modpodge on the flat side and place them on top of the image.

Slap a magnet on the back and you have got yourself a functional, cute gift!
