Bars are just too old fashioned....now bars made in individual cupcake wrappers...much more fun! Here is an easy no-bake Peanut Butter Bar Recipe. I found the idea for the bars here, but changed it up just a little!
1 cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (crushed or crush them yourself)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup + 4 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth!)
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 box of reeses pieces
Mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs (smash them or buy the pre-smashed), powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended.
Spoon the mix into a cupcake wrapper.
Then melt the chocolate chips and left over peanut butter in a bowl in the microwave.
Spread over the peanut butter layer.
Smash up the Reeses Pieces, and sprinkle over the top. Use a spoon to smash it into the mixture to keep it stuck
Refrigerate for at least one hour before eating!
